n’Again lets new diners learn from the experiences of regular customers.
We require a receipt for every review to eliminate the nonsense.
Just two options: Thumbs up, or thumbs down. That’s it.
Find great meals again n' Again using our intuitive, trustworthy platform.
Everyone knows that the current review system is broken for many reasons, but no one has challenged the status quo. That changes with n’ Again. Our platform gives the power to those who know a restaurant best, and the result is reviews that everyone can trust.

If you leave a Thumbs down, you can then send feedback directly to the restaurant so they can make it right.
Sharing your dining experiences helps others find great meals, and helps the best restaurants grow and thrive.

When you use n’ Again to find your next dining experience, trust that the reviews are authentic and you’ll never be led astray.
Watch as regular customers leave Thumbs Up reviews for your best dishes, and others will be encouraged to try them, as well.
As the reviews add up, the leaderboard for your restaurant will be filled with the names of the people who support you week after week.
When negative feedback comes in, it will be private and you’ll have the opportunity to work with the customer to resolve the issue.
n’ Again allows diners to not only review a restaurant as a whole, but also the specific dishes that they enjoyed. This helps future customers know what they should try on their first visit, and helps restaurants become known for their specialties.
At n’ Again, we want restaurant reviews to tell the real story of every business. When people come back over and over to eat the same dishes, that should say more than one or two unhappy customers. A return visit is the best possible review, and those are rewarded again n’ Again.

If you asked me in 2014, I would have said that a restaurant was one of the easiest businesses to start and run. It looked simple from the outside – but the reality is far more complex. Once I understood how difficult this industry is, I switched my focus from becoming a restaurant owner to solving some of the problems faced by existing owners. As I presented a solution to hundreds of restaurant owners – and received hundreds of “no’s” – I realized I needed a new direction. The owner of Ray’s Pizza, a man named Ron, told me exactly what he would invest in. Simply put, he said that “online reviews need to be better.” I’ve been focused on that objective ever since, and n’ Again is ready to solve the problem for restaurants everywhere.

Online reviews are flawed, largely because of the 1/9/90 rule. Here’s why:
This is the biggest problem of all. Absolutely anyone can leave a review for a restaurant, regardless of whether or not they have ever visited the establishment. Without verification, reviews simply can’t be trusted.
Some platforms make it tricky and time-consuming for people to leave reviews, so they just don’t bother and restaurants don’t get the accolades they deserve.
It’s human nature for people to be drawn to negative comments – so the few complaints in a list of reviews tend to get much more attention than the many compliments.
A critical trait of a good restaurant is producing quality food day after day. Restaurants that do that, and earn a loyal following as a result, should be rewarded
A single terrible review – whether authentic or not – has too much power on the normal review platforms to damage the reputation of an otherwise quality establishment.

Instead of comparing good vs. bad reviews, we highlight only positive experiences and repeat visits. There are already plenty of places to find out what’s wrong with a restaurant. At n’ Again, we focus on showing why a restaurant is worth your time and why customers keep coming back. Kinda like the cool side of the pillow.
At n’ Again, we believe in doing things differently. We’re here to celebrate what makes each restaurant worth coming back to, while keeping things simple, authentic, and transparent. Here’s how n’ Again stands apart from traditional review platforms leading to the truest story about a restaurant’s quality.
Our system requires a receipt before a review is accepted, so every piece of feedback is sure to be authentic and based on a real visit to the restaurant.
Positive reviews are tallied up on our leaderboard, while negative feedback is kept private where it can be dealt with properly.
No more frustration or inconvenience when leaving a review. Just load a receipt, pick Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down, and that’s it!
It is the loyal customers of a restaurant that speak the loudest on n’ Again, helping businesses to grow on a foundation of regular visitors who love their food.
By keeping negative reviews private, we are able to foster healthy discussion between the restaurant and an unhappy customer. This can lead to positive resolutions that benefit everyone.
Not only do we want to help people pick out the best restaurants, but we also want to empower restaurant owners to control their future and build a business that will be a valuable part of a community for many years to come. Great restaurants are the lifeblood of a community and we want to help everyone get more out of the experience.
Together, these values make n’ Again more than just another review platform. We’re here to make dining experiences simpler, build authentic connections, and celebrate the restaurants people truly love. It’s not about stars and ratings; it’s about creating a community of returning customers who appreciate what you do.
We are currently in Beta, and our service is free to use. To get started, simply place a tablet on a stand – and connected to a charger – in a location where customers can provide their feedback. For your convenience, we use a variety of POS options, including Toast, Clover, and Square.
The special relationship between a restaurant and its loyal customers has always existed. n’ Again is simply giving it a stage to be shared with the world.
A smartphone is all that is needed to quickly upload a receipt to our platform. Just take a screenshot of the receipt, select the “Review” button on the n’ Again home page, and upload
your image. This is a critical verification step to make sure all reviews on our platform are authentic.
Yes – it is safe to leave a Thumbs Down review on our platform without harming the restaurant. Your feedback will be private and delivered directly to the restaurant. That way, they can work with you to resolve the issue without doing anything to harm their public reputation.
One of the biggest problems with traditional restaurant reviews is the power that just a few people have over the reputation of a restaurant. Just a few terrible reviews – which might not even be authentic – can harm an otherwise quality establishment. We don’t think that’s right. Issues should be sorted out in private so the customer is taken care of and the owner can keep building their business.
