My journey began in 2014 when I tried to launch my first solution to boost. I used to think owning a restaurant was one of the most straightforward businesses to start. That changed when I learned how challenging it is to keep those doors open and attract customers. Instead of figuring out how to one day open a restaurant, I focused on understanding and solving the problems that make running a restaurant so tough. My journey began in 2014 when I tried to launch a solution to boost restaurant clientele. It didn’t catch on—after about 300 “no’s,” I finally asked Ron, the owner of Ray’s Pizza, what he would actually invest in. Without hesitation, he said, “Online reviews need to be better.”

We envision a world where reviews reflect true customer satisfaction, without exaggeration or fake feedback. Our platform focuses on repeat visits and the dishes that keep people coming back, creating a culture of genuine recommendations.
Unlike other platforms, n’ Again is dedicated to highlighting the bigger picture: what’s consistently good. We encourage repeat feedback and showcase top-rated dishes, offering a fresh perspective on the dining experience beyond first impressions.
The special relationship between a restaurant and its loyal customers has always existed. n’ Again is simply giving it a stage to be shared with the world.
A smartphone is all that is needed to quickly upload a receipt to our platform. Just take a screenshot of the receipt, select the “Review” button on the n’ Again home page, and upload your image. This is a critical verification step to make sure all reviews on our platform are authentic.
Yes – it is safe to leave a Thumbs Down review on our platform without harming the restaurant. Your feedback will be private and delivered directly to the restaurant. That way, they can work with you to resolve the issue without doing anything to harm their public reputation.
One of the biggest problems with traditional restaurant reviews is the power that just a few people have over the reputation of a restaurant. Just a few terrible reviews – which might not even be authentic – can harm an otherwise quality establishment. We don’t think that’s right. Issues should be sorted out in private so the customer is taken care of and the owner can keep building their business.
